MGallery Free Non-alcohol Mini bar for Platinum members?

Hi folks ...learning the ins and outs of the new Accor property specific benefits and staying at Fairmont Mgallery property in Blue Mountains as a Platinum member ...but they refuse to offer complimentary nonalcoholic bevies from the mini bar fridge even though Accor site says this is a privilege. Is this common for the property to ignore the documentation on the website even though its presented to staff at front desk...

Provide feedback to Accor, with the new benefits it seems once again Accor and consistency are an issue, one of the reasons I avoid the chain where I can.
