Middle name question on JAL award ticket

Hi everyone,
I used AA points to redeem a JAL one way F ticket from Bangkok to Tokyo Haneda.
I noticed that my JAL booking does not include my middle name (My passport includes my middle name)
I have read up Flyertalk and previous posts here about the middle name issue and it seems like i will be fine.
(My first and last names on my JAL booking are correct)

Just wondering about other people's experiences on this ?
(My AA account profile has my middle name in it, but it only used my first and last name for the JAL booking)

PS : I just realised that my Avianca Lifemiles account does not have my middle name too lol

I have some reward flight J F to and from Europe in Nov, the Hobart agent was very particular about me ringing the ff help desk and getting my middle name added. I am now greatest by both names when ever ringing up but I would definitely follow up

Did you ring the JAL number ? If so, what did they say ?

No, I booked the reward seat over the phone as the site wouldn’t link the 2 sectors, and the Hobart agent told me for JAL in needed my middle name on the ticket. No idea how vigorously JAL enforce it though.

Did you use QF points to book the JAL ticket ? And you called QF ? Anyway, I will give JAL a call.

Yes I used points, a classic reward flight from Paris to Melbourne via Tokyo. My sons ticket was fine as I didn’t enter his ff number, so could enter his name. But if you are booking a flight on your ff ac it enters your ff details. Let us know what JAL say, thanks

So i called up JAL and they said my name needs to match the passport name (I knew they were gonna say that) and handballed me back to American Airlines (Sigh)

I then called up AA and the person said that my full name, including my middle name , will show up on JAL's system during check in, and told me not to worry.

No problems at all
I should not have stressed and worried so much about it, haha.

Check in lady just added my middle name to the boarding pass last week in Seoul.
