Is anyone else having difficulty with Mileage Monkey?
Most of the buttons and links seem to work, but nothing happens when I use the Oneworld Explorer Validator or Point to Point Go! buttons.
Did some quick checks on MileageMonkey and it seems to be working for me.
I haven't made any changes for a few weeks (flight updates due in the next few days though), so if it has worked OK for you in that timeframe it is more likely to be PC than site related. It is worth doing a full refresh (shift+refresh on Firefox, not sure the equiv on other browsers) to ensure all the components of the page are the latest ones and not locally cached older versions. If you still have problems, send me the full link of something you're having trouble with. Thanks Mal, must be something up on my PC. I'll use my laptop.

Those buttons do quite different things, hard to know what the problem might be though. You could try Firefox and enable the Web Developer-> Error console to see if it shows any problems. However I can't think why you'd have multiple browser problems from one PC but all being well on another. Thanks SLF, the site is working perfectly on my laptop, so you're right, a little glitch on my PC.
To help me narrow it down, is there something different about the way the Go! buttons for Point-to-point and Oneworld Explorer Validator work? All the other buttons work just fine and so perhaps I've made some change to something on my PC that only they use.
I said before that nothing happens with these two buttons, but that's not quite right. When I click the two Go! buttons, the Sharing link does appear, so something is happening. Also, if I've used one of the other functions to get a map up, the Point-to-point Go! button won't clear the previous map, but the Oneworld Go! button does.
Sorry, those are just convenient links to other sites ... I don't have a good source of the star files. Pricing can be done by filling in an itinerary using the one world tool; additionally if you have something like ExpertFlyer or KVS you can get base RTW pricing using those. Are the starfiles up to date? I have been searching for the current fares for OWE, DCIR22 and DCIR26 trips for a while. Where do I look?
Thanks in advance...

Thanks Simon - looks like your PC is blocking third party javascript. Could this be the result of an IT Security policy being implemented? Or maybe you've installed some software to do this type of blocking? I've tested from IE, Firefox and Safari and it all seems to be working fine as far as I can tell.Hmm, the formatting of the Chrome error looks terrible, I'll try a screen shot.

Thanks - I was on the phone to them when you posted that! I have a case open (even though I'm not a customer) and they've advised they should get back to me within 24 hours. I may need your help if this plan doesn't help, thanks for offering.I still have a websense support account. Will try and get that resolved... if I remember my password. Lol.
