Miles needed for Syd Hkg Lhr

I am new to CX awards ticket. Can anyone tell me points needed for : Syd Hkg London 1 way Business class please ? and Return ?

CX appears to have a distance based chart....SYD-HKG-LHR is over 10,000 miles however you calculate it (I think CX adds the two segment distances together but in this case that seems virtually identical to the direct)
If the chart that popped up when I googled "Cathay Award chart" (hint hint) is still current it is 110,000 one way/175,00 return for a Standard Award.....(Zone F 10,001+)

That' s correct. You do have to add mileage for both segments together.

It may be worth checking to see if you can add an intra-Europe side-trip on BA/IB/AY flight on for free but you wouldn't then be able to book directly online and you would need to be careful not to lose the return discount
