For some models AirBus have final assembly in USA

Not a lot different to Boeing who "assemble" in various locations from parts "made" in parts of the world
BAA is Australia's only designer and manufacturer of advanced composite aerostructure components for commercial aircraft. Boeing Aerostructures Australia manufactures the 'moveable trailing edge' control surfaces of the Boeing 787 using a unique carbon fibre production technology developed in Victoria called resin infusion. This is Australia's largest aerospace contract valued at $5 billion over 20 years, and Fishermans Bend is the only Boeing location in the world to apply the unique resin infusion system that enables the components to be cured without a traditional autoclave.
Through manufacturing the 787 Dreamliner collaborating with other partners of The Boeing Company, MHI Group has developed unrivaled technologies in the design and manufacturing of large-scale composite wings
MHI Group manufactures the aft fuselage panel, tail fuselage, and entry doors. The Boeing 777 marked its first flight in 1994.

Airbus and Boeing are more assemblers than manufacturers.
