Missing Accor ALL points from QF flight

Hi all,

My ALL points have previously posted without issue a week or so after QF flights. I noticed I'm missing a few though. Strangely it was the return sector from a trip where the outbound flights credited.

Anyone had to chase this up before? ALL website doesn't have an option for points missing due to flights and it doesn't seem possible from QF. Im sure whoever I call will point me to the other party.

So, anyone gone down this route and have a path to resolution?

I believe I missing some also. Return trip to MEL at the end of Jan. One sector a classic reward the other revenue. I couldn’t remember how long the points took to come through in the past but figured I’d give it 4 to 6 wks.
 
Previously my points have posted within a week. Jan flights all good. Nothing for the early Feb flights...yet.
 
Terms say 42 days.

I also understand they’re pushed though by the hotel and may contribute to some being quick and others slow.

Terms for QFF to ALL transfers and vv are:

ALL -> ALL: 7 days
ALL -> QFF: 42 days
QFF -> ALL: 42 days

Ok, thanks for that info. I'll need to wait a little longer before worrying about which party to chase up.
 
I have still not received postings for flights/stays from early Feb...maybe there is a problem with their systems.

Looks like some points from my 31 Jan QF flight trickled into Accor on 05 Mar.
 
Likewise. Points for my early Feb flights have now posted. So its gone from posting about a week later to a month later now.

Just glad that I don't need to waste time chasing it up.
 
Some points have posted to my account today. Not sure what flight dates they are meant to match.
