Missing Bag Tags at Destination

I also have an emirates bag tag that seems to last the distance and I think the key is the size. It's still plastic with a wire but the tag itself is about half the size of the VA tags.

I have the Emirates tag on one of the bags and it's still there with the AFF Smart Tag.
