Hello,

I've booked 3 trips with Expedia (.br) in the past month, all for trips that are coming up between October 2013 and January 2014 and all flying on QF and Emirates as QF code share. It was my first time not booking through the QF website. Saved me some good coin, thanks to this site. :D Trips are between Aus and Europe.

The first 2 bookings, I received the QF e-tickets within half hour.

The final booking which cost me nearly $10k AUD is still to arrive. That was about a week ago. How long till I should start to get worried? Do I need to worry?

I have the itinerary emails from Expedia. The money came off my credit card ok. The bookings look normal within QF site. I've selected my seats. The seat selections show in Expedia. Expedia website shows bookings are confirmed.

I called the QF customer care but was politely told to call Expedia. I would call Expedia but my Portuguese is a bit rusty

Learn to pronounce "Ola, você fala Inglês" (google translate to help), and if answer is no also have the "play" button ready on google translation, " I don't speak portuguese, is there any one who can help)". I was able to make contact late evenings AU time with English speaking agents. Never had any luck in the morning AU time.

I didn't receive e-tickets for 2 bookings I made. But I know the ticket number from checkmytrip.com.

Has anyone tried calling the Expedia UK number and see if they can help, I think it goes to an Indian call centre.

Has anyone ever actually received an Qantas e-ticket?

Isn't an e-ticket just an electronic record with an identifiable e-ticket ID number? Most TA's will provide itinerary + Booking reference (there's + airlines) + E-ticket number, is there anything more than that? The bookings that friend and family have made have all had that information, with a 081 e-ticket number.

If the booking shows up in your Qantas profile then all you have to do is get the booking reference and use it to download the eticket using the checkmytrip website.

But what's on checkmytrip is not a Qantas e-ticket. You can see the e-ticket number, that's all.

Yes, so why is the OP saying they received Qantas e-tickets? I'm confused.

I did booking on .br a couple of times, never received an e-Ticket of any sort (other than the 018- number that is viewable on expedia site), never had any problem at check-in either.
