Missing ORC from JQ

My JQ flight (Business Max Bundle) was cancelled. I was instead downgraded and put on a QF flight in Y.

The QF flight was immediately credited as usual but didnt include the ORC. At the time i was in contact with JQ customer service who told me to "wait 6 weeks"

Not surprisingly 6 weeks come by and no extra SCs.

Shld i ask QFFP or JQ about the missing ORCs?

You need to contact Qantas Frequent Flyer, not JQ.
