Missing points cancellation

Cancelled a QFF booking for flight LIS-AMS-HEL on KLM and Finnair respectively on 30 Sept last . QFF $$$ back in Amex account next day but still waiting for points refund. How long can I expect to wait. Redeeming points for flight does not allow for cancelled flights.

If you have Facebook - via Messenger, start a conversation with Qantas, provide details (PNR, full name, QFF and your itinerary), let them know you are aware of the point fee cancellation and would like your points back, an agent will then pick up your message and should be able to push through your point refunds almost instantly.
