Hi,

I'm trying to work out if it's something wrong or im not getting QBR points. I seem to be only getting it on one leg and not my return. When i try to claim, it errors online saying flight details can't be found.

First thing first -did you get normal points credited to your QFF for the travel?

Yes, that would be a good start.

Did you use any special promos or other corp codes?

I did have an instance where I booked through a promo - one of those visit Sth Oz things - and it didn’t qualify for QBR points even though I earned normal points on my personal account 🤷‍♂️

All normal on that end. Its now 3 trips. 1 booked through QBR, 1 with my ABN attached after booking through normal. 1 through GV then attaching ABN.

One hasn't come through yet but should be a separate PNR (but considered transit due to timing).

Presumably, you have the BP's for all flights.

Actually no, most are SYD - MEL hops. Only one set i have a BP for and that was MEL - SYD - CGK (the free upgrade flight). But everything tracked normally on my personal account. Even DSC.

Seems my normal points got fixed after calling but then it seems I'm not getting my 3x points from AMEX payments. Seems this QBR points tracking seems definitely has issues.

So just some update.

I rang the QBR team (seems slightly more competent than general QF?) Picked up immediately, took down all my missing flights (i'll probably have to chase for more soon).

Agent manually added it in (got 1 set of banking error in my favour).

But now I'm still missing all my AMEX bonus (2x from AMEX). AMEX has credited just 2 of the flights. One from a couple of days ago, one from a month ago. So where do I go chasing up my AMEX points.

i think by my count I'm currently missing around 5000 points from AMEX (and they count towards tier points hence why I'm actually bothered chasing it up). I really didn't want to set up a spreadsheet for my flights to track this but alas this is what I need to do now.

I'm having the same issues with Amex Triple Points. I got none on some flights, double on others. I have a long list of missing points, it adds up to about 25k. ive phoned so many times and they keep promising it will be investigated. ive filled out numerous missing points forms.

Its been going on for at least 3 months

Does anyone know how to escalate/resolve this ?
