Mobile checkin not available? Overbooked?

First time I’ve seen this one. I notice all flights on this day are being sold at $700 and if you try to book a few dummy seats al flights are sold out. I was pushed from an arvo to morning flight when they consolidated from 5 to 3 daily fights with the QF capacity pull backs.

Overbooked and first in best dressed? I’m a 3 hour drive from Tulla really don’t want to sit around all day.

I had a recent domestic flight that showed this, however I was able to check in on the web.

Maybe try online check in? However an international JQ flight didn't allow mobile or online check in since they needed to do document checks.

My app under the booking, always said that, if you go into the menu bar, and select mobile check-in, put in your reference and surname it may work.

I know that this is a couple of days old now. But the one time I had this it was because they had allocated me a seat in an emergency exit row so I had to answer the questions regarding ability to assist in an emergency.
