Is the $395 package fee entirely from the reserve, or is it some combo of the gold + edge with the reserve thrown in for free? I read from some people on here that they retained their plat reserve for free after downgrading their plat charge to a green or gold charge but was unsure if that was still a thing.

I suspect the $395 is the fee for Reserve, then the gold charge and Edge are attached to Reserve for free, because I started with only Reserve and $395 in 2005, I was then later offered gold charge in 2009, then offered Edge a year later in 2010.
