I'm hoping that the hostels weren't included in the places you visited

Was thinking more Nuremberg, castles, pork knuckles, hofbrauhaus, U-Barn, Dachau, BMW etc etc

No to hostels - but 13 of us shared a 1 bedroom apartment for Oktoberfest

(you have no idea how long it takes to leave the house when 13 people need to cycle through a single bathroom)

Phew, thank goodness then! ;)

Wow, that is a lot of people in one bedroom!

Actually was 1 in bedroom, 11 on floor of living room and 1 on kitchen floor!:shock::oops:

At least I can look back and laugh (and the EU330/nt for hotels was able to be spent on beer & pork knuckles).
