Multi City Errors - Jetstar flights

I'm currently trying to find myself reward seats to Europe on connecting flights via Asia using the Multi City search but I'm continually getting search errors (more than usual!)

It seems to be happening every time I include a route that has Jetstar flights as a potential option.
e.g. Sydney - Seoul

Have done all the basic troubleshooting, tried different browsers and devices - same error results.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
(or can anyone suggest a solution!)

I’ve been getting the same error for Singapore. Doesn’t matter the browser or computer/iphone/ipad. It only happens when system has jeststar availability - even if you don’t want a Jetstar flight.

The Jetstar website also errors if you do a paid fare search for a round trip. One ways are ok.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like perhaps a general issue.

I've sent complaint/feedback to Qantas but not holding my breath.

So painful to not even be able to search for flights.

Yeah, had this as well, I filed a complaint, got 7000 points as apology, and a useless answer on how and when they are fixing that.

I got a reply from my complaint Qantas, some generic nonsense about the flights not being available.

So no Jetstar flights are bookable.........sure that makes sense.

Makes sense, after all, Jetstar flights are borking the booking engine meaning nothing can be booked.

I got a generic blah blah saying sorry and referred to IT department. Followed up by a how did we do survey
