multi city redemption online option removed?

was wanting to have a play around for a trip next year - seems once you click off "book flights" and instead click "redeem flights" the multi city option disappears.

i presume the work around is to look at sector by sector and then call up and hope there's no married segment issues but given i'm looking for a speculative booking i don't want to waste the agents time.

is there a workaround/ am i looking in the wrong place?

Yep. Seems gone, but it does prompt you to add a stopover during the booking process so that may solve some problems.

Multi-city is most definitely still needed though.

At least the call centre is pretty good about booking these and honouring the 15%.

Can confirm the call centre can still do the multi citi and do honour the 15% as mentioned above.

Also, multicity might also be covered by doing two one-way redemptions.

(unless you want Saver with stopovers)
