My IC booking disappeared after my stay and I didn't get points...

Chasing it up but no response a week after emailing a missing stay claim. Is this normal for bookings to be purged after a stay? It was there in my PC account before the stay, but wasn't there afterwards when I went to see if the points posted.
 
Ring them, it will get sorted on the spot.
 
Yeah they are good. I normally lodge missing stay online, and it is sorted within 48 hours.
 
Thanks, they replied and fixed it. Now to check that the Q1 points stay bonus gets posted! :)
