My White Christmas attempt

So, the end of the TR – I didn’t get my White Christmas but had a great time. Apart from now snow I was incredibly lucky with the weather – mostly between 5 and 12 degrees and only a couple of days with a bit of drizzle and no real wet days.

I really don’t know how people manage trip reports when they’re travelling especially sorting out all the photos. My excuse for this trip was that I was staying with friends a lot and didn’t have my PC so it was harder to sort photos.

So what I've learned from this TR - there have a lot of positive comments but I did find it quite time consuming - not writing the report because I did that on the go and I think I will continue to do that - but sorting photos and downsizing them and uploading took time. But - I've got so much from this forum and love reading other TR so I think it was worth it.

Apparently it snowed in London the day after I left - but as I said before - it's an excuse for another trip sometime

Pity your return flight was disappointing. QF: consistent in their inconsistency.

Thanks for the great TR - pity about the snow, but yep, an excuse to go back. QF really annoy me when they provide sloppy service. I work on the principle that I have paid good money (and we are generally on a revenue fare and it's not cheap) and should not have to put up with incompetent or disinterested staff.
