My Worst Qantas Flight Ever - PER - ADL

I'm guessing that there have been some big cuts at customer care. SG/WP members usually get a 48 hour call back, but the last dealing I had with them led to an four week response and then from an absolute cow who didnt even read my original email. Subsequent followup has been ignored for 5 weeks.

Unfortunatley, the days of Qantas being a high quality premium airline are over. Get used to being treated like dirt by out of control fa's, because it seems they aren't accountable for their actions anymore.

The flight attendant did over react to the incident - but you have over reacted to his over reaction. It really is just one great big over reaction by all involved. Everyone could have forgotten the incident and continued on with their day but here we are.

In my experience, anything on the floor or aisle is at risk.

At least once a month my knees are smacked into by the food carts on the way past. Shoes run-over, elbows knocked around, headphones once catching on the cart and ripping straight off my head.

These things happen and is a downside of being in the aisle.

Is it worth just keeping this perspective? From a crew/team members perspective is in a very different mindset to yours, and vice versa. Saying the f/a was the most exemplary in this situation would be an understatement

From experience when I've needed to get my lappy out while the trays are, I've either taken the tray to the crew or reluctantly used my call light.

Has anyone seen Clement yet on another flight...???

I do like the Clement Personality Scale that vaibhavdattani has floated. I must say that as someone who had devoted all flying to QF (or QFcodeshare flights) I've noticed the level of in flight customer service to be declining. My general opinion was QF gave me an average of CP-5. That has overtime decreased to a CP-4, and in the last year I would give an average of a CP-3. (my lowest CP-3 was on the A380 sin-lhr, J, believe it or not - but a british not aussie crew).

In the last year, if have spread my wings a little bit more (may "may" cost me my WP), but I have flown with some of the competition to see what is out there. I still wave my flag for QF (loyalty thing I guess), but I tell you QF need to pull there socks up a bit. Some of the competition out there is pretty exceptional.....

Keeping a look out for Clement....
