Exactly - I am a very simple man - brought up in the bush - toast and cuppa tea for brekkie for 50+ years - I am really having withdrawl symptons here.

I wonder wot happens when someone tries to do cheese on toast and the cheese drops on to the element.

Yesterday I was informed that Teddy The Terrible Toaster had not died - was simply out for repair - however seems Teddy's affliction was indeed terminal

This morning in Teddy's place - WAS:



Tyrone - Teddy's twin brother - a brand spanker was there to greet me this morning. Road test results - Tyrone just as useless as Teddy - 10 minutes to cook 2 slices of toast - toast like cardboard when finished.

I asked waitress why they would replace worlds most uselss toaster with identical model - "I am staff - I am not management - we do not know why".

Simo, I have seen 2 guys put Ham, Cheese & Tomato sandwich through the Conveyor Belt Toaster. (The one that goes along and then turns upside down). What a mess.
