Checking my account this morning I notice there's been a redemption with no details, has anyone else seen this before/seen this pop up recently?

Wondering what it could be!

I travelled all through EU without a physical card, just using my phone screen digital card or ID when checking-in, but the phone was annoying to use and the ID, while useful for finding the reservation name, still had them saying "thank you for being a gold guest" as the booking was made when I was gold, but I'm now platinum. When I corrected them, a few staff members seemed put out... so I figure just placing a card in my wallet and handing it over in the future will solve all doubt about who I am and what status I have.

I did very much try to reduce the plastic!
