Thank you for your time today, prior to updating contact details on your NAB banking profile could you please provide Certified Documents and email them back, please call once you have emailed the document so we can assist with registering you for Internet banking.
Approved Certifiers List:
• A notary public (for the purpose of the Statutory Declaration Regulations 1993);
• A person authorised as a notary public in a foreign country;
• An Australian Consular officer or an Australian diplomatic officer (within the meaning of the Consular Fees Act 1955); or
• A person in a foreign country who is authorised by law in the jurisdiction to administer oaths or affirmations or to authenticate documents.
Note: Overseas branches are unable to certify identification documents.
As confirmed in our conversation you will need to provide the following:
1 x Primary Photographic Document (Drivers licence, Passport etc)
OR
1 x Primary Non-Photographic Document Eg Birth Certificate, must be accompanied with a minimum of 1 x Secondary Document Eg Medicare etc
Once the certifier has been able to verify the documents as original and legitimate, the Certifier MUST email these certified documents to the CMCC Team at
