NAB Rewards to KrisFlyer Transfer Time

Hi all,

I managed to find some award flights on SQ that I'm keen to redeem before the rates change on July 5th, so I topped up my balance from my NAB Rewards account but after the redemption was processed I was greeted with a message that said the points should appear in my account in 4-6 weeks . Has anybody transferred from NAB Rewards to KrisFlyer recently and can comment on the time it took for the points to land in your account? Hoping it happens overnight...

I did it a couple of months ago and it took around 3 weeks - very frustrating

Yep, I had the same experience. Ended up being 4 weeks in the end.

For anyone thinking about transferring points anytime soon, I've just had a pleasant surprise with NAB points transferred within 24 hours to Krisflyer today! Was waiting on this last bit of points to book a reward flight

Hey, did you call NAB to chase them up? How did it take just 24 hours?

Nope all automatic! They probably overestimate transfer timeframes in case there're delays
