I have now cancelled my ANZ Platinum card. I really liked that card but did not want to pay the hefty annual fee.

Looking for a new credit card deal to sign up to. Something that would give me bonus QF sign on points and no annual fee? Any suggestions?

Not $0 annual fee but for $150 there's the Jetstar Platinum card. For a $150 annual you get 50k sign up bonus and earn 1QFF Pt / $1 up to $100k/yr.

If you use refer a friend, the Amex Qantas Discovery card gives you 12,500 sign up bonus when you spend $300 within 3 months, and an additional 2500 for your first spend on QF flights. The public offer is only 5000+2500.

I realise 15,000 sign on bonus isn't huge, but the card is fee free for life and has uncapped points earning so it is a good one to keep just for the Amex promos etc. It also appears to give 1 point per $ for ATO and utilities spend, unlike Amex's more expensive cards!

You can get a referral from my link in on the referral offers board.
