Need help sleeping in comfort in a J seat... i'm not crazy, hear me out

Did the sleeping on the blanket tactic... worked a treat... slept very very well on the CX flight...

On the BA flight I had to sleep under the blanket because the cabin was so cold but as the cabin was cold I didn't wake up with back sweat...

I have had a bad night in a F seat!!

Yet I flew to LAX Y a few months ago and arrived in terrific shape.

Sleep and rest ( there is a subtle difference ) are a very personal matter and the question is to what effect does the base product have?

It comes down to personal experience. You can't overplan
