Flights are announced to start March 20 and to run 3 times per week. Fares are claimed to start from $169. The airline started out using leased aircraft but now - "In early 2022, the airline, now backed and part-owned by the China Aircraft Leasing Group (CALC) (indirect subsidiary of China Everbright Group), --- announced that it will be operating a mixed fleet of Airbus A320neos and Comac ARJ21s" It apparently operates on a BOB basis but food can be pre-ordered at a discount. The only incident I can see involving it is a collision while a plane was being towed in Jakarta.

Given Jetstar is resorting to having to operate a ADL-PER international flight to pick up more capacity on the PER-DPS route, I'm kind of surprised there was actually more capacity on the Indonesian carrier side to allow this to occur especially given Air Asia, Batik and Citilink all currently operate on the route.
