New Amex statement credits

Had my first supermarket purchase processed today from the 1st of May (beginning of 1 bonus Qantas point per $1 spent) and trying to work out how they worked it out??

Spent $14.85 and for normal point earn on my DJ Amex it has rounded up to $15 for a total of 45 points (22.5 QF points). Above that line in the points summary is Supermarket Offer and it says 2 points. My offer states 1 bonus "Qantas point" per $1 spent, so shouldn't I have got an extra 15 QF points?

I have a similar issue with my Qantas Ultimate card. I've had points posted for two transactions on Saturday, one for $55.95 and the other for $145.85. The normal points of 1.25 per dollar are correct but I have only been given 10 supermarket offer bonus points. The bonus is meant to be 1 point per whole dollar spent, so should've been 200 points.

I'm currently on live chat trying to get it sorted out, so can you let know the outcome.

Definitely something wrong with the supermarket bonus. I spent $564.34 and get the following:

I'm tipping a stuff up in the offer Terms.

Why else would they offer people with QF earning cards effectively twice the rate of people earning Amex Rewards.

Hint: If you hold a QF earning card, screenshot the offer terms before they change.

Just screenshot the main offer page as well as the details when clicked into?

I had similar: (on a Reserve) Uber Eats $18.99 and separate line item $3.00 for tip.

Base points were correct: 36 and 6.

Single line FOOD DELIVERY OFFER: 100 points. But it should be 180 + 30.

Definitely something wrong. I have 2pts per dollar bonus and have the same thing. Two lines identical to yours - 20 points each - for 2 days. First day I spend approx $25 across 3 transactions. Second day I bought $500 worth of gift cards plus a weekly shop at coles for just under $600.

Similar issues - 10 points for supermarket, 100 points for Uber Eats. Both well below what should have been credited.

I had 3 transactions total over $400. Got a line item saying supermarket offer 30 points. Went on live chat. Was told the bonus points hadn’t posted yet. He said he would escalate. I asked what the 30 points were and he said for supermarket spend! I decideD to exit the live char as the person seemed to have no idea,

Red Cross Online - donate $60 for 1500 points
TritHouse - 1000 / 150
WineDirect - 150 / 35

Like others have posted, Mrs 2905's Explorer is screwed up as well....

OK. I got a second 100 points today, which actually makes sense given the tip was posted a day later than the original charge.

So I'm almost break-even for the whole transaction.

On my Edge, too, where I have the +2 for supermarkets activated, I received 30 points for a day with three transactions.

Overall, my experience is consistent with others': flat 100 points for food delivery and flat 10 points for supermarket.

Until this is corrected, small-dollar transactions (<$5 for supermarkets, <$10 for food delivery) are advantageous.

Has anyone received further info from Amex on this? It's clearly systemic. I might lodge a call, but don't want to duplicate if someone else has done so on behalf of "everyone".

Every time I use my card at WOW or Coles I am getting the Amex email telling me I have just used the offer. I expected to receive the email only the first time.

Same. Email everytime. Still no correct awarding of the bonus points though.
