I didn't get it either on mine. Curious though, to get upto $400 back how much do you need to spend?

It’s 100% back up to $400.
T&Cs are a bit unclear on multiple transactions but leaning towards multiple.

Same here got it on main PC only. Who doesn't spend at least $400 on groceries in 3 months. So effectively our annual fee have gone from $1200 to $800 this year which soften the blow on all the travel perks that we lose.

Maybe that is from their saving of not having to pay PP (and no Amex lounge) because no one is flying.

I dont know where you get $1200 its been $1450 for about 18 mths!!! so now 1050 less the 2 travel credits 400 and 450 so 200 a year

That's the annual fee for the Professionals version of the card. It's identical in every aspect except the annual fee.

Only wish I had some exotic places to spend the travel credits

Yep, got it too. On my Personal Plat Charge card. (No sign of anything similar on the Plat Res Cred or the DJs Plat)

I agree, Amex has been very good with the current situation. An Amex cynic would say it's most unlike them; not me of course, I would never say that

Hi all,
Pleased to report the successful use of the offer on the purchase of a Visa Gift Card.
$400 was credited back to my PC over night.
29 May purchased a $500 visa gift card In-store at Woolworths. Total cost was $507.95. This earned 2,2xx Amex Points, (but zero Woolworths points)
Over night there’s been a $400 credit applied onto the Amex Card account.
(Visa Gift card subsequently used to pay council rates)
Happy with that.
