Strangely those offers didn't appear for any of my 10 Amex cards, is it all via manual enrollment?

Although given I am in Melbourne chances are I can't go beyond 5km of where I live before the offer expires anyway....

Strange, perhaps it is only available to people who hasn't signed up to those promos before, other offers still appear on my account so I am definitely not blocked from accessing offers.
 
I got the travel offers (hotels, car hire) on all cards.
Virgin Wines 150/50 only on Plat Charge.
Ola 25/10 only on Edge and Altitude.
 
I only got virgin on my plat charge and a client also got on that card only. nothing virgin on any sups
got all hotels on all inc sup

I got my 1500 points,

seems there are so many issued with their IT systems and takes absolutely age to fix them
 
I got my missing points as well. I was hoping they might miscalculate in my favour but no - I got the exact number of points I was owed.

is it targetted, didnt get on plat charge but got on qantas ultimate
 
I got it on my reserve card. Also thought most of the brands were US so thought it was for my US Marriott card.
