Saving 10% on $200 at VCs doesn't really even cover their extortionate pricing. Vaguely useful if you're buy GCs or something on sale but not sure it's worth the hassle.

Amex offers have become so poor these days.

It’s practically 10% off essential grocery shopping which is pretty good these kind of offers are true money savers as opposed to others that might seem as better value but often tempting up to buy stuff we don’t necessarily need.

I got the VC offer, but the staff was quite rude when I tried to buy coles + myers gift cards using Amex cards last time, the staff loudly yells "no no no" as soon as I bring the gift cards to the counter and draw everyone's attention to us.
