New Amex statement credits

Slim pickings continue;

Petals Florist Network - 100 / 20

The Webjet 500 / 75 offer expires today. Gift cards are explicitly listed as being valid for this offer.

I used the Nick Scali spend $750 get $150 back on 10 different cards (mixture of my platinum and reserve cards and supplementary cards. Funnily enough all the credits came through within 5 days except 1 (on one of the reserve supplementary cards). I had to call up and chase the final credit.

The credit has now been manually posted on the main card (not the supplementary card):

21 MAR 22CREDIT ADJUSTMENT-$150.00

The offer is still appearing in the "offer" tab of Amex online and since I still have more spend to make with Nick Scali I'm wondering if I make the purchase with that supplementary card whether I'll get an additional $150 back.

Thoughts?

You might get lucky but I wouldn't be expecting it. In the past I have had missing SS credits credited manually and then several months later the real credits turned up. Manual SS credits didn't seem to be added to the total. so one SS season I received 12 $10 credits when the max was 10.

First statemetn credit ive used in about 12 months, menulog

mine was Spend $30, get $15 back

ordered 2 x $15 lunches, after discount and service fees about, $18 for 2x home delivered meals,

wonderful

I used mine but the credit hasn't posted. Looks like I'll need to chase it up :( This reminded me.

Nothing decent from Amex for quite some time ... Maybe more Mr Porter credit? I use mine religiously since I can't buy anything decent in Straya without being overcharged many shekels... Since we can't trave lto the outlets in Dead Europe or Switzerland to Bahnhofstrasse where sales are sales, or NYC where no one pays retail, not figment's of some Aussies' imagination.....

Are Net a Porter/Mr Porter good value? I’m not so sure. I use the credits as they’re available. Can’t exactly get anything great with them without tipping them up with my own money. I know that’s kinda the point, though it’s usually stuff I don’t need in any case.

YMMV.

Unfortunately used Menulog with the Cashrewards discounts before so it looks like I’m ineligible.

You can a couple of Aesop hand washes for only a little bit more than the credit.

That’s what I’ve been doing with mine. Appears I don’t use them quickly enough. I have just about all the Aesop product I want to have on hand at this time. Your use case may differ.
