Just got the same email. And noted that I needed to use this offer before it expired on 10/7/2021! It's possible their system has mixed up the current offer with a previous one as the current offer expires 7/10/2021. I'm on online chat now about it.I used 2 cards on 15/9 and didn't get any email and no credit yet. Today got a reminder email to use the offer before it expires. Looks like will need to call them to see what's going on.
UPDATE: All but confirmed via chat that there is a backend error with this promo. My cashback claim has been escalated and I've been told that it will be actioned within 5 to 7 business days.
