Ok it finally showed up in my explorer. No sign of it on the plat (which has the majority of spend oddly enough).

Chat/Phone CSR couldn’t do anything about it unfortunately.

I received a flurry of Amex emails in the early afternoon today for various offers. 4 were for spend on the DMO offer but those purchases were on Saturday and Sunday and I actually only used the card twice. Perhaps the work experience kids are running the Amex computer?

I had one email late on Sunday and am frankly unsure what it relates to, I did go to a cafe that day but it was 10 hours prior and can’t find it on the GMO map.

Have made good use of this offer at Hilton’s in Perth for my annual 3 night trip to see clients

Piggybacked with a corporate Family & Friends offer meant I had to choose a higher room type than I would normally (to get price above $300 each night).
