I actually have nearly $300 Expedia credit because most places I’ve booked weren’t “prepaid”!

Your AMEX wasn’t accepted or you didn’t get through to the payment page?

I use QF Hotels a lot and generally don’t have any issues. I only for the $50 (for $500) but will look to see if I can combine that with the freshly minted WWR $50 voucher!

Ah, I had that on one specific booking in NZ. Presumably some disconect with QF Hotels - Expedia and the target hotel.

I called QF Hotels and they did something to release / reset direct booking.

Did not get Temple & Webster offer.
However, I did buy quite a bit of furniture from them late last year and I used the offer.
Perhaps no more Temple & Webster for me...
I think they look at your spend patterns, previous offers and use of these offers...

Wouldn’t normally use an OTA for flights (and I only ever book hotels direct) but I ended up using this one to make a flight only booking.

Experience was good, I wanted to combine a QF flight with a VA flight into one PNR which wasn’t showing as available using their multi-city tool so I emailed them and they said they could do it and sent me a custom link to pay.

Paid, ticket received within 30 minutes and credit hit my account 3 days later.

There was no booking fee but the total for the flights was around $75 more expensive than if I booked directly with QF and VA so I imagine it might be embedded into their flight cost. In any case, was an easy experience to get some flights that were just over $1500 discounted by $225.

Something odd, has anyone else noticed this? After I saved an offer to my card today, I opened another Amex card page and scrolled down to Offers only to see this message displayed on the same business I saved on my other card. I went through the process again with another business just to confirm.
