Completely insane. I've given up on BP entirely now. Don't care about any points. Their BPme phone app flat out doesn't work. The internal browser never loads the sign-in screen, so you can never sign in to use the app. All their discounts and points and loyalty perks are predicated on using their unuseable BPme phone app that they won't fix to actually work. I've been in a long running war with their 'SC17 Sales and Customer Care AU Rewards' IT team about the failure of their BPme app to work and they even openly admit they know it doesn't work on some phone/OS/version combinations, but that they don't know why and can't fix it!

I was told 3 weeks ago they were releasing a new app update version that would solve all the bugs. That version came out last Friday and I updated and installed it within minutes of getting the email notification. Needless to say, it made no difference whatsoever and fixed nothing. I duly told 'SC17 Sales and Customer Care AU Rewards' about this failure, but of course they don't like bad news, so ignored it and are now stonewalling. I in turn have told them to not bother anymore as I will just go to Shell and Ampol stations instead, where the phone apps do work.

No, mid June.

It was on my small biz AMEX CC. So obviously targeting small biz owners with a fleet arrangement. I get all sorts of BP+ offers via QBR which are completely irrelevant - alas.

It's hard to tell for sure whether they'll both stack, until you actualy make a purchase. My guess, though, is that they will stack.

A couple of years ago there was an The Australian Wine offer -- spend $150, get $50 back. At the same time there was a Lathwaites Wine offer: spend $150, get $50 back. I activated both offers but placed the order through The Australian Wine.

I got $100 back (ie. my order activated both offers and I got $50 twice); it seems that The Australian Wine is a storefront for Lathwaites. I have no idea whether that loophole still exists but it was nice at the time!

I did the wine offer in December 2024 and triggered both the Laithwaites and Australian Wine offer and as an added bonus got Shopback cashback as well. I think there is a good chance that the T&W offers will stack.

Was just coming to post the same offers. Very strange indeed. Something tells me the AMEX interns are not paying attention.
