Not yet. The rep that I spoke to did confirm that he will be sending it and it will take up to 14 days to send it out. It has been 7 days I think. I'll let you know if it comes through.

Thanks for the follow up. I'm certainly learning lessons from these threads here at AFF. The overriding heads-up I'm receiving is that very few of the banking / CC agencies have credible or competent back ends when it comes to advertising / marketing plans and loyalty schemes. Verbal advice is not worth the breath expended giving it or the time spend listening to it. Nowadays, when one of these agencies rings me for any reason whatsoever I let them say their bit then instruct them to send a fax/email/post confirmation of what they have just said - I won't act until that is received.
