I wonder if this means they've fixed the errors where it constantly logs you out all the time....

I still get the errors and continue to have to login again. I only get the new site sometimes? Not sure why that is!

I got to the new site when I went direct to Hilton.com on IE. The track your status function was only showing nights and not base points which is how I might requal.

Still as rubbish as the old one. It amazes me that a company this big can have such a poor website. They look like they try to fix it but nothing ever seems to improve. Very frustrating.....

This may not be entirely their fault. This happens sometimes with websites. Can take up to 72 hours for changes to filter through properly. Especially if you have visited the site recently.

Well, they do have to pay those exobartant hotel wifi rates....

I've been using the new design websites for weeks now - is this something that has only clicked over for others?

I have been using the new website for weeks as well but it does seem to have it's fair share of bugs.

I find in Chrome, the Hilton website front page has fields for accepting details about your proposed stay. However, half of it is often covered by the Hilton ads below - very frustrating.

Ditto here. I had to swap over to IE to get it to work.

I just logged in to check a booking and found it horrendous to use. Every time I changed pages I had to log in again and it still didn't show me what I wanted to see.

I hope they haven't paid for this work because it is a total fail. It actually discredits the brand.

Hilton website seems to be very temperamental lately. More times than not, I'll log in and my base points tally is missing. As my requal is on base points, that more important to me than stays or nights which still display. Is anyone else finding the same??

No, never seen it missing. It doesn't show at the top of the hilton chain websites, but does when you log in to your account summary, and always has for me.

Yes it's the account summary where mine is frequently AWOL.

How odd. I find it amazing that such large brands as SIA, Hilton and US airways can have so many IT issues. In my mind there are only 2 ways to book hotels and fights, generally. Online or via a TA, so a website not working must cause a financial hit in some way.

I know people can call or email but I'd rather go elsewhere, especially in the case of SIA- just use expedia, zuji etc.

I have experienced this at times - it's missing from the "account summary", just liken swanning_it has experienced - I started to wonder whether Hilton was consider ditching base points as a qualification tier and just go to stays/nights!

But it does return.

The relogin "feature" of the Hilton websites is nothing short of frustrating.

So it's not just me. Mines only just started doing it and believe it not, when I first noticed I thought exactly the same as you "Oh no, they're getting rid of base point requal". I hope not, not yet anyway!
