That's pretty ordinary - as the poster who gave the 'booking class' tip that I based a Greasemonkey script on (http://www.australianfrequentflyer....rogram/qf-booking-class-22124.html#post307759) I guess you have exhausted most avenues.

Have you tried the ITA matching method?

Yeah, I had a quick squiz in the source code and 'inspected the element', but could not see it anywhere. It must be derived somewhere in the search - the trick is finding where! Hopefully RedRoo sees this post and they put it back. Maybe it's just a mistake.

Change for change's sake?

Perhaps they should be spending their money in ways more likely to improve their bottom line, like giving the CEO his marching orders (with golden parachute of course) and recruiting someone who can do the job.

Have you thought that this may have been done in-house with the IT/design staff they already have there, and therefore not costing any extra?

OK, to resurrect a thread from last week to save opening another thread to have a rant ... against the QF website (or the policies behind it). If I can book a commercial flight leaving tomorrow night on the QF website, and I can book an award booking on the BA website for travel on QF tomorrow night, why am I restricted to only making an award booking in 48 hrs time on the QF website, and then only after "tricking" the booking engine. Annoying. If I want to make a redemption booking today (Tuesday) the options it brings up on the engine are for Friday onwards, although a flexi search brings up Thursday. This is from SIN, the second biggest port for QF international services. Why, in 2012, is this so hard? BA can do it, why not QF?
