Morning
I decided last night with a few spare minutes i would check in for a Tuesday morning flight. What I thought would be a quick process, I found myself with a new checkin process on the mobile. I must say I was not a big fan of the old process, but this seems somewhat confusing. I like the intuitive nature of it, but just does not flow right for me... personally - back to the drawing board...

I would love to see the VR card get bar code or QR code on it.
Have not done mobile VA checkin. But have done online VA checkin with mobile device, ie put ipod screen to scanner at VA gate.

The annoying thing is even being logged into your velocity account it still asks for your details... It should say after login something like "Do you want to check in for tomorrows flight to Melbourne?" Or just bring it straight up even.

Just checked in for a flight, sent boarding pass by sms as per usual, but the va.aero/blahblah link redirects to the front page. Sent boarding pass by email and I see that the sms version dropped the last 2 characters from the link! The full string is longer than usual (12 vs usual 6), maybe this pushed it just over the limit for their smses...
