My phone is NOT a jail broken phone - it's a Telstra 3Gs 32GB iPhone - stock standard from Telstra.
When I originally downloaded the app, it was a legit copy (grrr for even suggesting different), yesterday, it updated "for optimal experience". It now has additional features such as viewing my booking etc
There is no online check in as I said in a previous post.
Visit qantas.com in Safari and see if it's any different. I've noticed the WebApp has been updated substantially recently, so it's probably just related to that (at a guess).
I'm still waiting for this phone-based check-in though
