TBH I don't know why they would need to send an email to their customers about a phone system upgrade or menu option changes. 99% would immediately delete it saying 'why would I care about that'.Out of curiosity did QF send out a blanket email to all notifying of the changes. I recall seeing an email stating that that this was going to happen and I could bypass these by calling the other 1300 number.
