New Qantas reservations call centre in Manila

I made about 10-15 calls to QFF call centres in the last day and a half, and only once got Manila AFAIK.

In order to verify me, she wanted to full names (including middle) of everyone on the booking, then the departure and arrival cities of every flight on the itinerary (it is an OWA, so there are a lot). I pointed out that I had made dozens of calls (probably more) about our OWA and had never had to do all this. She insisted she needed it.

Once that was done, she then wanted the linked email address and phone number. I gave up at that point.

Qantas never invested in IT and had issues with head of IT recruitment.. Just came from a trip to UK and France with Japan Air via Haneda, all JAL had was one ref number and all app and net booking was clearly there.. Food and services was excellent and bus class menu and food was excellent.. I am going to ditch QF in due course..
