Where do you find the digital membership card?

For me, it is below the line 'Platinum Member - xx_X xx_ xx_' and above the line 'Velocity Points' and the text is 'Digital Velocity Card'.

If you cannot find it, it may only be available for some members... (SG/WP?)

The update for me only came through last night so you need to ensure you are using the absolute latest version.

"Velocity Activity History" appears on the "Account" screen for me. It doesn't show my membership number or status or the digital membership card.

Is VFF running AB testing or something?

I just downloaded the app and can see it. Maybe uninstall and reinstall?

Generally needs more functionality but it works well and the digital membership card now in-app is pretty handy.

I cleared the app cache and there it is. Weird that it didn't show on first load.

Updated app. Digital card not there.
Uninstalled and then reinstalled. Still not there.
Cleared cache ... It's there. Thanks for suggestion AisleSeat.

Bit laggy at times, not sure if it’s just me but takes 3-5 seconds to get of the Virgin Logo screen when you first click it. Might just be forced advertising who knows.

Southwest and Delta have sensationally good apps. Delta is very easy and FAST. I can go back and forth modifying routes/dates/cabin classes within seconds.

A lot of work to be done but I’ve seen worse. I’ve given up on Woolworths/Bigw’s app this week. Atrocious!

Updated to the new app on the iPhone and pretty underwhelmed. Poorly designed use of screen space, moderate quality graphics, the book tab only opens a web page, and many other details that can only be accessed from the small "..." button

Qantas app many time better in terms of how i use them.

New app "looks good" (visually) but has so little functionality as to be fairly useless for anything other than looking at flight number/time/date.

It kind of defeats the purpose of entering your FF number into every booking if the FF app can't automatically upload your confirmed bookings. TripIt has my upcoming trips (on VA) but if I want the VA ones I have to manually enter the booking numbers (of which I have no idea without trawling through my emails or going to TripIt) and retrieve in the VA app - am I missing something?

Yes you are. Once logged into the app you should see all your upcoming trips.Trying deleting the app, power cycle your phone and reinstall.

No joy. Maybe it's the existing ones and it will bring in the new ones as I book them. Does it include partner bookings like the website (kind of) does?

Update to the Android App overnight now shows your contact details, seat allocation and aircraft type for each booking.

We are almost approaching the bare minimum that the App needs to do....

Thanks! Clearing data & cache seems to have fixed the issue, I can now see the above. Handy - next step to introduce seat selection hopefully.

It looks like Velocity have also released an app on the apple store - I wonder what the differences are between the two?
