New Velocity website error

I was just trying this new interface to research some award flights and the award booking page no longer loads the sub-booking window instead I just get the header text.

Is anyone else having this problem? I’ve tried clearing cache and browsing history and tried on iPad, Laptop, and two different iPhones several times over the last few days.

This is all I get.

This is working for me in Chrome. Have you tried not logging in first and going to the VA homepage? If you click multi city it redirects you to a similar (same?) page.

Okay got it working on the laptop using Chrome but iPad and iPhone still no go. At least I have a solution now

I can’t get the Mileage calculator page to load at all! Trying to see if I can work a trip to retain my status, but need the mileage calculator so I can figure it out...very frustrating!

Thank you, yes. That link works for me but trying to get there clicking the link on the actual page woouldn’t work properly, on the work PC or on the ipad. Weird!

Most of the pages that were there before are still there, its just the front pages that have changed. So if you're struggling I suggest googling for exactly what you're looking for "velocity mileage calculator" and clicking a direct link. Seems to work OK for most issues I've encountered.

Found a booking engine fail. It doesn't recognise singapSinas a departure City. The redesign they did a while ago was never fixed, and now this. Marketing need to be knocked down a few pegs over in Bown Hills.
