I have no idea why they have not been using Astra Zeneca. It has been provisionally approved and they entered contracts to buy it as well.

I believe Scott Morrison has already offered them AZ but Jacinda continues to trash AZ even now (I think because she needs that to explain the difference between Australia & NZ in rollout performance)

New Zealand reported 53 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday, all in its biggest city Auckland, taking the total number of active cases in the latest community outbreak to 562.

The total number of community cases in Auckland is now 547 and 15 in the capital Wellington.
