I'm not so new - I was a long time occasional lurker, but have been more active the past couple of years... finally decided to pay for my subscription and show support - how much cleaner is the forum without all the ads!! šŸ˜
Can't believe I'd waited so long - highly recommended!

As for an intro - I'm not exactly a frequent flyer being a modest income earner, averaging 6 sectors a year recently - mainly between PER and SYD, and 1 international trip every 3 years (Last three: SYD-SIN-DEL; SYD-AKL-LAX-LAS; PER-DXB-MRU). I think I've only flown one Y sector the past 4 trips - and really appreciate the personal space!

I'm currently invested in QFF program, chasing down PC+ this year (on track ahead of July anniversary), will aim for Gold next year, and hope to use points to fly a first-class sector in the next 12 months as a bucket-list item! Longer term I think I'd rather fly SQ more internationally but really aren't a fan of the new VA product post covid, which limits my points earn.

belated welcome...

I used to be a more frequent flyer, but these days still continue to have an interest in aviation generally and enjoy travel.
I have a long history and investment in QFF, and hoping to cash out on a bundle of points at some stage, but 2 trips planned this year are with SQ. Sounds a bit like yourself.
This site is an amazing resource for travel planning and experiences. Enjoy.

Possibly an interesting aside about me: I've often been in Qantas lounges and onboard, used those large, soft paper hand towels, and though - I wonder where to get these...

Finally search on Amazon and stocked my bathroom at home - it's like Business Class everyday now! šŸ˜Š
Don't be shy 'bout the tellin'. I am sure there are other J tragics who'd like the full package at home. :)
