TBH I'm not sure my words would be any good/do it justice, except to say it's a high end ($100+) sauv blanc based blend. Something I'd ordinarily avoid like the plague.

The Triolet has however intrigued me since the '90s when I worked in a bottle shop in my teens. Was an expensive 'dry white' then, still is.

This is magnificent for a $20 wine, straight off the shelf from the cellar door. Lost a little fruit, but the tertiaries make up for it.
