To be honest, as its a EY flight, I would like VA to confirm its a mistake because there might be someone in a EY lounge that looks it up and denies the pax.

The original OP was told it was a mistake on 22nd Sept but its now the 28th and its still showing up as no access in a new query.

Now your IFE screen is disabled and crew bypass your suite when it comes to meal service.
