No points earn on QF198?

I fly to Samoa once or twice a year, and I've noticed that the APW-BNE flight lists as earning no points or status credits.

Any idea why?

The flight in the other direction earns the appropriate amount by distance for international (20 status credits). Both are QF marketed and operated.

That would be an error. You earn the same in both directions.

Think it's a relic of when that route was a 3XX flight number, under Australian government charter.

This error has annoyingly been there for months. You will earn points & status credits, even though Qantas still hasn't fixed its calculator...

I tried telling them about it through the frequent_flyer@qantas email address, but got basically an automated "Please give us the details of your flight, and we'll credit the points within two business days" response.

I remember someone mentioning that if a route isn't populated in the calculator the booking page will automatically show 0 even if it does earn correctly.
