No reward nights IC O2 London

Any ideas? Searched the whole 12 months, not a single date with availability - i find that hard to believe.

Is there something about the O2 that they wont release rooms?

Searched whilst logged in as IHG Amb Plat.

I picked random dates for March and found rooms for 45000 points on the app. No idea why you aren't seeing them unless your search criteria doesn't match such as number of people or bed type.

I'd tried multiple combos including changing the number of people - will try again!

Possibly something in your preferences, perhaps log out and search, then log back in for the booking. I did a second search for dates in April and found availability then as well.

I think it's because I was searching for 2A 1C.

Seems plenty of availability if only 2A.

Could well be the problem. Generally the free nights are for 2 people.
Book it for 2 then ring hotel and ask if they will put in a roll-out for a child and pay the extra. If they wont do it cancel the booking

In case you haven't stayed at the IC O2 before, it's a little bit of a walk in the open from the tube to the hotel. You can pass through the O2, but it's not very convenient with baggage. Just bear that in mind if using public transport.

The same happens when I search and other websites including infant.

I now search for 2 adults with twin beds and don't even mention the infant. I think most hotels don't care if child under 6 years stays in existing bedding. Wife and daughter sleep in one bed and I sleep in the other bed.
